My NATCROMO Day.....

While this has been going on  in Mainly Crochet's FB pages, I wanted to share the experience with all the people who are following Crochetville's  National Crochet Month Blog Tour.
Be sure to check with them to see the whole month's full of designers!

Oh, the joy of making a variety of squares and learning new stitches! We recently concluded Mainly Crochet's Textured Squares Throw CAL, beginning from easiest and moving to more difficult squares, and then joining and edging as desired. I really wanted this to be a fun and educational crochet experience, with a nice finished project at the end of it.
The full antics of the group are available at:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1501862080115108/ along with photos of some wonderful completed projects.  For those who want to just get right to the squares.....

  1. Thank you for the patterns ... they were beautifully chosen and explained so clearly. I have them saved to do at a later date ... have been finishing other projects.

  2. This is definitely one to do at one's leisure. The wonderful thing about squares is that they are small studies- a good way to see if you like a color, a stitch, a technique. With this series, you end up with a throw! Enjoy them when you can....
